Gazprom Neft says may pay 5 rbl/share in dividends for Jan–Sep

MOSCOW, Nov 17 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian oil company Gazprom Neft has recommended paying 5 rubles per share in dividends for January–September, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The record date for the dividends is December 29. The shareholders will consider the recommendation at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for December 18.

For 2019, the company paid a record amount of 37.96 rubles per share, or a total of 180 billion rubles – 45% of the company’s net profit calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in final and interim dividends.

Gas giant Gazprom owns 95.68% in Gazprom Neft.
